Composite V-Belts

These are high-performance cogged V-belts. 

Manufactured from polyurethane elastomers and reinforced with multi-layer polyester fabric, they feature a robust construction. 

Known as High-Performance Cogged (HPC) belts, they operate reliably at elevated temperatures. 

Compared to standard V-belts, they offer superior resistance to oil, sunlight, water, and chemicals. 

Their greatest advantage is that they enable easy and rapid system installation in narrow and hard-to-reach areas without the need for any tools. 

The belts can be custom-sized manually and installed into the system within seconds, similar to a bicycle chain.
