Flat Belts

Flat belts are known by various names such as circular knitting machine belts, TT5 belts , traveler belts, main rotor belts, folding belts, carding belts, tangential belts, and spindle tapes. 

In our production, these belts are manufactured to custom dimensions using raw materials like Polyamide, Polyester, Elastomer, Thermoplastic, Polyurethane, PVC, Leather, Aramis, and Natural Rubber. 

They are suitable for very high-speed machinery and provide reliable transmission for products and manufacturing in commercial and industrial conveying systems across various sectors like food, automotive, textile, packaging, and assembly lines. 

Flat belts are gaining popularity in many diverse fields, including knitting machines, industrial equipment, conveyor systems, and compressors. They can also feature different surface coatings based on specific needs. 

Thanks to their cross-sectional structure, flat belts are easily bendable in both directions and possess a flexible design. Their groove-less construction results in less wear, extending the operational lifespan of both the belts and pulleys within the system.
